Artist Statement

Born in London, England Carol spent her young adulthood pursuing her love of the Arts, excelling in painting. She later moved to Australia with her husband to be with their family, and continued her love of the Arts, joining Fremantle Art Centre, Atwell Art Centre and the Alfred Cove Art Society. During this time, Carol has achieved success with a varied portfolio that has been displayed and sold around Perth in many exhibitions and galleries. Carol enjoys creating portrait pieces in her preferred medium of pastels, and loves expressing realism, drama and colour through her work.
