'All of these works speak to the quiet reflection that comes from slowing down and taking the time to appreciate nature — whether watching bathers at the pontoon at South Beach in summer, losing yourself in the reflections of the Blackwood, imagining the potential journey of a solitary yacht, or finding quiet comfort in a flower plucked from the garden — a weed to some, but one that still brings joy.'
