Artist Statement

The supports for these 3 boab paintings  is wispy white fusible glass.  The boabs are painted using powdered coloured glass in a thick liquid medium (it’s like painting with honey) - a very challenging medium !!! I then kiln fire each piece -this fusing the boabs to the background.  Mounted on Marri (Redgum) timber
